Shipping Information

UK

Standard postage is £3.50 for delivery within 2-3 days

Express postage is £4.95 for a 24 hour service. Orders need to be received before midday for next day delivery. Additionally, orders placed after midday on a Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday. We are unable to ship on bank holidays and weekends.

If you are purchasing single greetings cards only - we have a cheaper shipping option available for £1.95, for delivery within 2-3 days. This is valid for up to 6 cards.

Orders over £40 receive free standard postage - this will be applied at checkout - no code needed.

All items are shipped with Royal Mail

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

United States

We offer shipping to the United States for a flat rate of $20 USD.

Please note that duties and taxes may apply to orders shipped to the United States. These charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Canada

Shipping to Canada is available for $25 USD.

Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Our shipping partner, Royal Mail, will notify you of any applicable customs charges before your parcel is delivered. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

Europe

Shipping to Europe is available for £15. This amount will be converted into your local currency at checkout.

Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. If applicable, Royal Mail will contact you prior to delivery to advise of any customs fees.

Australia & New Zealand

We also ship to Australia and New Zealand for £20 GBP. This amount will be converted into your local currency at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local customs authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery can be completed. Unfortunately, CQ Gardens cannot accept responsibility for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applied to international shipments.
