Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your CQ Gardens piece(s). If something isn’t quite right:

• Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Please supply your order number.
  
  

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
  
  

• You’re responsible for return shipping; for your protection, please use a shipping service with tracking or insurance.
  
  

• Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days and inform you via email.
  
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging every item. If it arrives damaged:

1. Please email photos of both the item and packaging to us within 7 days of delivery. Contact us here.
   

2. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever works best for you.
